SHIPPING CHARGES - TERMS OF SALE
New shipping rates in effect: January 1, 2012
USA shipping:
Shipping charge = $3.00 for the first item + $1.00 for each additional item.
Shipping for 8 or more items is $10.00 total (no increase in shipping costs beyond $10.00 - applies to any number of items)
Orders for 1 or 2 items shipped via First Class mail and usually arrive within 4 - 5 days - 3 or more items shipped via Priority mail and usually arrive within 2 - 3 days
Canada shipping:
Shipping charge = $3.00 for the first item + $1.00 for each additional item.
All orders are shipped via International airmail and usually arrive in 1 to 10 days
International shipping: Europe and Western Hemisphere (including Mexica, Central & South America)
Shipping charge = $6.00 for the first item + $3.00 for each additional item.
All orders shipped via International airmail: Delivery times will vary depending on location, 7 - 10 business days is typical for most countries although 2 weeks is not unusual.
Note for customers in Venezuela and Argentina: We will only process orders pre-paid with PayPal or certified bank checks.
International shipping: Pacific Rim and Eastern Hemisphere (Japan, China, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, etc.)
Shipping charge = $6.00 for the first item + $3.00 for each additional item.
All orders shipped via International airmail: Delivery times will vary depending on location, 7 - 10 business days is typical for most countries although 2 weeks is not unusual.
Note for customers in Indonesia, Burma and Malaysia: We will only process orders pre-paid with PayPal or certified bank checks.
Warranties/Returns
Eönian Records ensures delivery of product to the shipping address provided to us for all US and Canadian orders at no additional charge. If an order is not received within 30 days of the shipping date, we will replace it at no charge. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Eönian Records warrants that our products will be received in undamaged condition. If a disc is received in damaged condition, we will replace it free of charge. Our warranty covers damaged product and shipping problems only. We cannot accept returns or reimburse costs based on subjective assessment of product content or quality. 60 second audio samples available at our website (http://www.EönianRecords.com) so you can preview the music before you buy.

Eönian Records does not sell, trade, lease or distribute the personal information of its registered users. All transmissions of personal user information are through Eönian Record's secure computer servers which run authentication and data encryption software. Access to registered users' accounts on our site is password protected.
